What would you say are typical 'mom things?'

What kinds of things do moms do that are pretty typical of most moms in your opinion?

For instance making sure to tell you to take a coat when its cold out...

In regards of your example... my mom tells me "ooh, it's cold, you should put on a sweater/jacket", just because SHE is cold, not me and then she gets upset if I don't do it.

She also gets upset if I tell my dad something and I don't tell her, like I'm trying to conspire against her or something.

Typical moms... I think they say this a lot "like your grandma used to say", when in fact the entire civilization has said the same thing for the past thousand years.

my kids hate it that I always ask them to do something multiple times. (i.e. make your bed when you get up and the morning. . . . . . is your bed made. . . . . . . . .make your bed when you get home from school. . . )

as a mom its our job to make you responsible, educated individuals. I think moms do what they either were taught by their parents or do, or things opposite of what they hated their parents did to them.
