Nobody deserves to die. Everybody deserves justice and to have a penalty for something they have done, but I do not believe anyone deserves to die. Saying you hate someone or that you want them to die are strong things to say. If you are saying you want someone to die because they murdered someone, wouldn't you be as bad as them? Because in most cases when someone kills someone else they do it because they want that person dead. That person actually has the willto go through with their thoughts and threats though.
I ddon't know, I believe people should be penalized and convicted for their actions, but never to the extent of a death penalty.

ISIS does not kill for fun. They kill as a way to overthrow their government to create a new islamic state for muslims. They have a plan to get what they want and they use murder ans a tatic. Now with phsychopaths, If they want someone to live then they won't kill them, unless they are mentally unstable and cannot control it. So, it is obvious that they do want their victims dead. If they are mentally unstable, then it is not theirfault they cannot control their aactions. I know plenty of people with mental disorders who cannot control their actions. My best friend just got a mental illness and she can't walk well now and can't remember passed experiences. Therefore, mentally unstable people should not have a death penalty, just like everyone. Where did I mention that celebrities are all good people? I don't remember saying that.

If I were you I would look into ASPD Anti Social personality disorder also Saddam killed and tortured for fun they would seriously punish people very brutally just for their own amusement Their are videos of Saddam's uncles, cousins, and his own son's torturing innocent people and laughing in the videos. Udday Hussein one of Saddam's son's one of his hobbies was raping and torturing he admitted this himself and he would punish the Iraqi athletes as well for his own amusement.

Even if it was for as you say "fun" then they want the person dead for the heck of it. They still want that person dead though, that is the point of going out of their way to kill. Because they want the result of their actions to be the death of another human being.

@Falling4UTC go look at the DSM V you clearly don't know that much about mental disorders not every mental disorder has physiological proof that it exists such as Narcissism, or Histrionic personality disorder for instance or multiple personality disorder I dare you to show me proof of any of these mental disorders having and showing physiological proof by that I mean showing a difference in the brain or having some type of chemical imbalance for example bipolar disorder shows a chemical imbalance of the brain where the person's neurotransmitter Serotonin has a chemical imbalance. Narcissism is caused by the culture in certain societies there is no actual physiological proof of its existence. That's how certain treatments such as CBT cognitive behavioral therapy can cure people with "narcissism"

No, I do not think they deserve death as a punishment. It wouldn't change the fact that they killed them. If anything, it just makes you as worse as those people. I'd rather show a mature unbiased opinion.

Even if it was to prevent him from murdering others, there are other ways of preventing murderers from killing, they do it all the time.
@Falling4UTC well I am sorry what happened to your parent's family, but yes it will you can't fix these murderers they are too mentally disturbed all the psychological help won't help them putting them behind bars costs too much money the government doesn't have to make executions expensive they could easily fix this problem. Torturing those psychopaths and giving them a taste of their own medicine will help it will show them the error of their ways. People have already tried helping these crazy murderers and it has never worked no its time to try something new.
Many murderers have became better with rehab and therapy. The government has enough money to keep them behind bars right now. Making them feel painn won't make them remorseful. It will make them think "man, I wish I didn't get caught" or they couldn't care at all. For example, the Boston bomber sentenced to death couldn't care less. I believe that there are other options. I do not think a human, who is full of sin, has the right to kill a sinner.

First of all you have ton consider the psychological effect being put behind bars itself has here I agree with yo that jailing someone is a good punishment, buts its not a punishment that will work on everybody and help correct their behavior and what do you want to do release these murderer's after they have done their crime? The prisons have gotten so bad in some places that the jails got too over crowded and they release some of the criminals. The government shouldn't have to keep on using money to build new jails those costs lots of money I can show you the amount of money it actually costs just to keep one prisoner in jail for a day. $234

Well I see your point there. However, the US government does have the money to pay for it. We are taxed on everything here, from our houses to our clothing and even onour water. In Ireland there are no taxes, and if there are it is included with the overall price. They are able to support their prisons. So I believe the government, who gets trillions upoun trillions of dollars on taxing alone can support prisons. I know a school that the government is outing three million dollars into one room alone for. If the plan works out, they want to do that to every school in that area. If they have enough money for high tech equipment we could live without, then they could support our prisons.
They also have removed some murderers from prison after a while.
And see removing murderers from prisons is not a good idea cause its taking a huge risk in taking other people's live's in Ireland it seems like they have a better rule, but here we have to pay for prisons and that's not right I am cool with taxing clothes, foods, and city services, but for these crazy maniacs we shouldn't have to pay money for their stupid actions. @Falling4UTC
Well we are paying money to prevent the criminals from injuring us. It makes sense if you think about it, many of those criminals could be innocent and it would be better if they were in jail then killed for something they didn't do. No one except the government really has the money and responsibility to take care of our prisons.
