You may feel depressed, sad, unhappy because of many things. And when you feel blue there are some things that will make you feel better. Here are some tips for you to do when you are feeling blue.
1. Listen to energetic songs

Sad songs are not good for such a mood as they will make you feel worse. So it is better to listen some energeic songs and dance. Your brain will think that you are happy. Don't forget to smile while dancing to fool your brain. Here, the stage is yours!
2. Cry

It is really the best way to feel relaxed. All your burdens just go away with your tears. If you feel like crying, don't stop yourself. Let your tears go. You will feel great in the end.
3. Share it with someone you trust

Share the things that eat you inside. Id you can't trust anybody you can just write and get rid of it later.
4. Do painting, write it down, sing, dance

Whichever makes you feel relax. Just choose one and do it. For me, I love painting when I feel blue. And I am also so creative at these times.
5. Clean your room

Clean your room, clean your mind. Some says that our minds get tidy as we clean our room. Even it is not right, you will focus on something else and keep your mind busy!
6. Cook

You can cook some sweet things as that's what you need when you feel sad.
7. Know that it won't stay forever

That feeling or your problem won't stay with you forever. Good days will come. Keep that in mind.
