1. Watching series

I go to my room and cry till I have no tears left anymore. And I get tired of being depressed. How much more I can be depressed? I can't have that feeling forever, right? So I open my favorite series.
2. Watching a stand up show

It boosts your mood.
3. Calling someone I love

If I am sad and I need to talk, I call someone I really love and trust. But this person should make you remember that these days will just go. I mean, the person you talk to must be positive.
4. Doing a list of the things that I have

I do that when I am really at the bottom and can't see any escape. I write everything that I have in details. When I say everything, I really mean "everything". Like my underwear, blanket, water, bed, anything that I have.
When I complete it, I realize that I relly have many things in my life.
5. Cleaning the house

6. Taking a bath

It takes all my negative energy.
7. Going out

I don't like going out when I am depressed, I rather like to stay at home but going out shows me that the life goes on.
