Hi there, here's a few things I do if I'm sad, stressed, mad, not feeling well.
Calling my boyfriend always makes me happy. Chatting online with my friend @ultimega also makes me happy.
Even if I don't want to go for a walk it always makes me feel better.
Eating junk food always makes me feel better LOL for a while anyway.
A glass of wine makes me feel better sometimes.
A hot bubble bath is very relaxing to me, I love to do this a couple times a week before bed.
Reading a book that is so good I don't want to put it down even to go pee haha.
Taking a nap or trying to sleep good during the night sometimes helps as well.
