Because we never have time to prepare healthy dish. Plus we always say that we will start eating healthy on Monday. Guess who is not starting it on monday?
3. Meeting with our loved ones

"Let's meet someday" you say, and that day never comes.
4. Going on a vocation

Work, work, work! We work day and night to have a good future and to be happy. But if we work all day, when will we have time to be happy? We should give a break to it to get relax.
5. Dying the roots

These are all the excuses that you tell to yourself:
"It doesn't look that bad."
"I can wait more."
"I can cover it up."
