Some common new years resolutions that we say we will do.... but tend to procrastinate.
1. Getting Into Shape
I am sure each of us at one point in our lives at a new year time have said we're going to get into shape, some may have achieved this while the rest of us try for about a week or even just a day 😂 The times were you frantically search google for how to lose weight fast for so long but just don't bother after a few days. It's not that hard to find some sort of exercise to do, it's more of keeping to the plan which then leads to my next Resolution.
2. Being More Active
If static exercises aren't the match for you, why not a sport? This easily kills like three birds with one stone... Getting into shape, Being more active and meeting new people.
3. Meeting New People
Each day you stay home is an opportunity to miss the chance of meeting a new person. I'm not saying go out every single day, It can overcome your shyness, or even give you more knowledge but it does help your well-being.
4. Confidence
One of the most common resolutions people take on is being more confident. One of the hardest things to explain and learn to have. All I can say is stop being a person that others expect you to be, be seen and heard.
