Seasonal Affective Disorder has been getting to a lot of people including myself. I put this together in hopes of helping anyone going through it. Feel free to comment what you do to cheer yourself up. I find showering myself in self care and focusing on positive things helps.

3. Get Some Sunlight

4. Listen to Music
