Seasonal Affective Disorder has been getting to a lot of people including myself. I put this together in hopes of helping anyone going through it. Feel free to comment what you do to cheer yourself up. I find showering myself in self care and focusing on positive things helps.
1. Warm Bubble Bath

Improve your blood flow and calm yourself with a bath. I can't quite feel stressed when I'm distracted by a bath bomb or a bubble bar.
2. Make Some Tea

I love chamomile tea. Lavender, ginseng, and mint are also great. There's a whole list of different teas that help soothe the body and work as great good boosters.
3. Get Some Sunlight

Whether you have to go for a walk or jog during the day or rearrange your furniture so you get direct contact with the sun.
4. Listen to Music

No sad shit either. Happy music only! Listen to the stuff you love that makes you smile and want to move.
5. Get A Face Mask

Looking good is a huge part of feeling good. Treat yourself to a face mask and take care of your skin on a daily basis.
