You are a whole person all on your own ,so always hold onto the things that make you who you are.Never change to become less than you are...not for anyone

People treat you according to your own boundaries, or lack of them. Boundaries protect the inner core of our identity , and our right to choices and decisions. Establishing healthy personal boundaries is necessary, because they set clear and decisive limits that others can respect. Everyone needs to take responsibility for how they allow people to treat them.Setting boundaries takes care of ourselves , physically ,spiritually and emotionally
