You ever try frying Brussell Sprouts in soy sauce, me hearty?

Melt a pad of butter in a frying pan, put the sprouts in, throw in about half a shot glass of soy sauce, fry the shit out of it, then apply another half shot of soy sauce to finish, with maybe basil and black pepper for seasoning.

Tastes REALLY good. You can also try frying them with chopped onions and bacon bits.

You can try slicing the sprouts in half down the stem, or vertically, and I really recommend getting a good char on them. Don't burn it black, but don't be afraid to go past "golden brown."

And then after that, just experiment with different sauces and dressings. Trust me, there's ways to make these fuckers delicious.
