I know northen europeans are white. But i see some people like from netherland or norwegian who had most pale skin tone. But let me tell you ( not racist) but people who are almost colorless are a huge turn off! Because we just can't recognise their face properly LOL.
Which country or which region is whitest of all whites?

So you can't recognice white europeans face properly because they are white? Well it's somewhat common problem around the world. We can't tell people apart from Asia or Middle-East. We get used to certain looking people and facial structure.

There are different shades of pale. Just like we indians have different shades of brown. I referred to the most pale skin condition. But i am sure even most pale skinned are very attractive❤❤❤❤❤

well probably countries in north. Scandinavia. British and Irish are also known for having pale skin. Obviously with that much immigration and mixed race children, it's not always true.
White skin is an evolutionary response to a lack of UV rays and still keep vitamin D production going, so...

I'm Indian (olive- coloured) and I think pale skin is absolutely beautiful. I'm bisexual and my perfect girl would be a redhead with green eyes and porcelain skin.. I also think pale skin looks gorgeous on guys. I like my skin color, but I'm not attracted to brown guys.. I like contrast.

Actually all whites are albinos but difference is that itvwas controlled mutation. Only difference between albinos and whites is that whites can produce melanin under their skin while albinos can't.
