Yes. Very much. My current boyfriend is Scottish.
I"m not sure about all other women, but I really like other cultures and I love that my man shares his culture and heritage with me. But, as for the accent itself, it's like how I've talked to British men and they said that American accents on women were sexy. It's all about a foreign-ness that's attractive to some people. I also like Spanish, Russian, Italian, English, Irish and lots of other accents, but Scottish is my favourite. I just love the way they sound!
