Do you find British accents attractive?

I’ve always heard that Americans girls find British accents “sexy”. I was on my ps4 and I joined my American friend’s party with his other buddies and they were in shock when they heard me speak😂 saying my accent was cute and stuff. So my question is, do American men find British accents cute, sexy, etc... if so, why? (Not just Americans of course)

I am British and trust me when i say... we have so many different and varied accents over here some are confusing and some are attractive, some are far from attractive... and not many people from the US have heard more than a couple of British accents, they usually only hear the London or Cockney accents and think that is what English people sound like lol I have been told I have a unique accent myself, but I'm originally from the South of England (born) but raised for few months in Cambridge then 3 years in Germany, then in 2 different towns in the midlands until moving back down south a few years back

I do melt at the Irish accent though and a nice voice too

Yeah that’s the problem. People assume British accents are like yours. Nope. British can be Lancastrian, Scouse, Glaswegian, North Welsh, Geordie, Brummie, etc. British accent doesn’t exist.

But there are a lot of different types of English accents.
If you're referring to the BBC accent, then yes, most people would find them attractive.
Now, if you're talking about a Scouse or Geordie accent, most Americans might not find that as appealing... if they can understand it at all.

Well since i am English i have no clue but i like russian and American accents, and i am betting i would probably like British accents if i wsn't British myself and can't hear it.
And i do like English accents that americans put on in films.
