NATO vs. Russia and China. Who wins WW3?

Question

Let´s say World War 3 begins.
There is NATO (The United States, The United Kingdom, European Union, Turkey) vs. Russia and China.

Im sure nobody is so stupid to use nukes because if someone uses nukes, this means everyone uses nukes and this means everyone will be dead and earth is doomed. Nobody is so stupid to do that.
So, war without nukes.
Who will win? NATO or Russia and China?

Unofficially China wins, because there is a China town in every major city in the world.

Officially (and arguably).

EU alone could take Russia, because France and Germany have both arguably 'almost' done it in the past. So combine their forces and they can take Russia.

US takes out China.

Although now you also have the middle-east who could choose sides and form a problem.

But remember noone can ever really take a country, there will always be a resistance to some extent.

NATO has the oil reserves and industry to support a war. Not only that but they also have more nuclear warheads (god forbid if these come into play considering almost everyone has some by now), and a larger military spending aperture (more than the next 8 countries combined).

Number of people will have perhaps the smallest effect on who might win considering the days of fighting in trenches are long behind us. It would ether be a war of attrition, in which Northern America has the superior holdings, or we'd pepper each other with thermonuclear warheads.

In the end, no one would win a full out war; everyone looses.

There is a Russian saying "never wake a sleeping bear" that usually is referred to a Russian bear...

I do not know who will win but I am pretty sure they will use damn nukes - if one country goes to war, every damn country goes to war - its freaking bound to happen, its like people just have to pick a fight with one another, nobody wants to live without wars...

I imagine that despite the numbers Russia and China have NATO would still have a clear edge. The thing about China (and maybe someone has information on them) is that their military strength is almost 100% theoretical. they've never been tested in a large scale military action

If America would throw all hands on deck like WWII and brought back the American war machine, (mass production of military equipment, civilians would sacrifice time, labor and fuel as well as metal to the war effort) it would be game over for Russia and China. Trying to invade America would be pointless, you'll have the whole country fighting you, more civilians are armed to the teeth in America than you think and aren't afraid to fight for there freedom.

Hypothetical wars don't play out like video games. People had no worries about some tiny nation in southeast Asia called Vietnam. But somehow, a bunch of skinny guys with AK's and tunnels all throughout the country gradually chipped away at the largest and best equipped military in the world.

My guess to your question is that it will be a draw, both sides will give up, cripple each other. If this war happens, I see myself as one of the infantry men on the NATO side.

Nato would easily win, America has the best military, airforce, navy in the world, China may have more numbers but they don't have many decent weapons or good training.

Russia/China. They have invested more in nuclear emergent technology than NATO and are better equipped to wage cyber war and economic war, in the 21st century
