Where are all the 9/10 and 10/10 girls?

In my experience, when I go out, almost 96% of the female population is either average looking or ugly (1-5/10), and 3.99% of the population is above average looking (6-7/10), 0.00999%-(and so on) of the population at least an (8/10) and almost close to 0% of the population is stunning (9-10/10). Actually, I never seen I girl I would rate at least a legit 9-10/10. So where are these girls? Where do you find them? Why so few of them? How do we create more 9-10/10s so the world would be more enjoyable? Lol.

Heck, just take a walk around your local mall. I see plenty of girls at the mall who have flawless skin, great hair, and facial features that go well together and stand out. On the other hand, it's not very often that I see a girl with an above average body. I mainly see girls with great bodies on Instagram, not just strolling through the mall.

As for why there aren't as many 9/10 and 10/10 girls, I think it's safe to say that it's because humans are naturally imperfect. So even if you happen to inherit beautiful eyes, you may also inherit a nose that is too big or unideal jawline or some other imperfection that ends up affecting your entire overall level of attractiveness. Even when two attractive people get together and have a kid, there's not a guarantee that the kid will be attractive. The kid could end up inheriting different features from each parent that, when combined, don't go well together. So, a person that is born with facial features that all are truly beautiful and go great together is certainly winning the genetic lottery.

Why don't they exist?

a) Photoshop
b) What one person calls a nine or ten may be another's five because attractiveness is subjective not objective.
Plus, personality can and should be a deal breaker. Just because a girl is a ten in looks, doesn't make her a ten in personality.
Your PERSONAL opinion on what you consider attractive is indeed that, your own. Society shows what girls should look like, buy very few do.

Of all the years of my life looking at models of all kind, playboy, victoria secret etc. while in the real world, 0.0099-(and so on)% and so on of the population is 8/10, the percentage is higher in modeling but not that much. It's more like.0001-(and so on)% more. But you see a lot more 6/10, and a very very very very very very very very very very-(and so on) few more of the 7/10 than what you see in the real world, and that's me being generous. Now speaking of 9-10/10s, NAH never saw a model in my lifetime who's looks are beyond description.

You are asking a question which is on the basis of saying beauty is objective meaning that that your standards of beauty is a given for everyone else which is clearly false. Really, it depends on what you consider a 9 or 10. Some girls look great in clothes, but gaunt and emaciated without them. Some girls look perky and busty, but they may sag without a bra. A healthy, fit girl may look great to one person, but too muscular to another. Attractiveness is subjective.

Realistically, the reason that there's so few 9s and 10s in both genders is because most of the US is overweight.

As a makeup artist i can easily say that the people you have put in your head as 9's and 10's dont exist. Models are wearing makeup that is under lights and is then airbrushed. I've seen retouchers in action and they do everything even shaving the jaw so it's better. No one is as perfect as you think they are.

@ShaeNielson Adriana lima is pretty (though her nose is kind-of wide) but not hot, and her body is not skinny, slender, and curvy enough, so she's a 6/10. Candice swanepoel is pretty (though the nose is average) and has a slender body, but it's not long and curvy enough so she's also a 7/10. The second model in the pick has a curvy body, but the curves are not at the right portions (more curvy on the bottom torso than on the top), and the body is kind of wide and her legs are a little wide. Her face is enticing, but the nose is kind-of wide so she's a 5.5/10. The chest of all three models should be a little bigger and more perky.
