This is how I judge height...

Under 4'11 is midget
4'11-5'1 is really fucking short,
5'2-5'4 is short,
5'5-5'7 is kinda short,
5'8-5'10 is average,
5'11-6'1 is kinda tall,
6'2-6'4 is tall ,
6'5-6'7 is really tall/NBA player,
6'8 and taller is giraffe status.

I'm not a girl so I can't prove this but I think they generally prefer the 5'11-6'1 range. I think that range has the most mass appeal. It's "tall" without being too tall.
