Do I love horseradish? Of course.

But in larger amounts, it can go fuck itself. One time I ate too much and it burned so bad I thought I was going to die. Legitimately caused spots on my eyes and such. The pain was real and I unconsciously screamed to all sorts of higher powers, conventional and unconventional.

But there are all sorts of weird combos you can make with it and the horseradish plant is quite the fascinating little bugger.

Well technically horse radish in it's spicy glory doesn't have reproduction organs... It would be pretty hard for it to have sex with itself without those.. It also does not have a brain, spinal cord, etc. Yup, it would definitely be difficult for it to screw itself... Poor horseradish :( What a sad, lonely life. *In all seriousness though, I've actually tried to make it. Let's just say it looked and tasted like camel poo that was eaten by a rabid squirrel and then regurgitated into a dish of human feces.

Horseradish... don't love it or hate it. Used a little on my prime rib at Christmas dinner the other day. Also put a little in any homemade tartar sauce I've made, which is my other mayo exception.

Horsey sauce (as they call it at Arby's) on roast beef is freakin' awesome.

Wasabi is good too. I always overdo the wasabi and keep a drink to hand (usually sake) to douse the flames going up my nose.
