I am so lonly, I am so upset and depressed about not being loved or being in love. What can I do to feel better? I can't wait any longer for my first gf to come along

Wiseowl is very wise when he says that being lonely and depressed is a turn off for women. Women like independent men, it's like the #1 trait they look for. Desperatation on the other hand is like the biggest turn off, they can smell it a mile away and they run in the opposite direction. Unless you find a girl who is looking for a sick puppy to nurse back to health, you need to learn how to be happy with yourself then you'll find a relationship more easily. Even if you do find a girl thats looking for a sick puppy, if it doesn't work out, you'll be in the same slump you're in now. Relationships should be to "enhance" your happiness NOT be the only "source" of it.

So how do you become happy? I haven't a clue. Unfortunately it's not like you can flip a switch and be like "gee I'm going to be happy today". Not that easy :(
You've got to look inside tiurself and figure out some of the reasons why you are unhappy and try to fix them.

I went through this stage in life and it's a vicious circle because the very traits you have listed i. e. being lonely, depressed and upset are negative traits that turn women off.

So it's in your best interest to become a happier and emotionally healthier person before trying to enter a relationship with a girl.

Being with someone cus your lonely is not good. Be happy alone. Do your hobbies and chill with friends first then right girl will come along

I was going the exact same thing. Relationship isn't suppose to fix something in your life, see it more as a bonus.

Yeah me too. Just had a break up three days ago an its not So much lonely just miss having that person to talk to. Someone to care. I realise I need to find myself before I find right guy.
