I would recommend you don't do it. My brother did and he is now bipolar/schizophrenic. Doctors believe it was the shrooms. He was perfectly fine before straight A student , got in trouble and now he's just crazy. He was in a mental institution for 6 months. Then again... if you have your mind set on it nobody can stop you.

My first thought is, BE CAREFUL! If you insist on trying them, make sure that you have someone around you that you can emotionally, unconditionally, completely trust for support. Your very best friend-preferably another girl.

As to the strength of the high, It all depends on the quality. BUT BE CAREFUL! ok?

Glad to help-read the other responses though. I did mushrooms when I was just a little older than you, and I am so very glad my best girlfriend was around. FYI I would never ever do them again. SO BE VERY CAREFUL! Better yet, maybe don't do them at all...
