Whats average vs. skinny vs. curvy?

So my friends all have different on what skinny and average and curvy is. Can someone please just clear it up for me?

There is common misunderstanding of what curvy means. Sure, to a certain degree it implies that you have some body fat, but primarily it means that there is some hip, ass, tits there! Belly fat, does not make curves!

There are two different scales here that I think you might mix up:
skinny fat
curvy no curves

I think primary curvy has to do with bone structure secondary curvy is fat covering curves of bone structure

You could be fat and have straight bone structure

Skinny and have curvy bone structure

This is separate from the tissue covering bones.

Not all women have curving even if they are thick. Their stricture just kind of goes in a line. Thoigh not as common as curving. Bc the hips need to spread in order to pass life through.

But yes you can definitely be fat without being curvy. And skinny and curvy.

if a girl is 5'5" for example

skinny =120 lbs or less
average = 120-135
curvy = 135-155

You can be curvy even if you are skinny, avearge or overweight. Curvy is a body shape.
Well for sure, if you are too skinny, you will not have enough fat to store on the right places. And if you are obese you will have too much fat to store on the curves which will lead to looking like a potato.
And both beind underweight and obese are unhealthy.
Curvy body shapes are: the hourglass (when you have a small waist compared to your hips and bust) and the pear (when you store the fat in your thighs and butt)
A hourglass body can have thick thighs too. And a pear body doesn't necessarily have thick thighs. Depends on your weight and fat %

I consider myself avg. Im not skinny yet im not fat. Curvy to me is anyone with the hourglass shape. Skinny to me is when i can see your rib cage or if you have chicken legs and twigs for arms. But thats just my opinion
