There are these websites where you can send things to people you hate. Like one is called a bag of dicks and they send gummy candy dicks along with a mean-ish (yet funny) letter. There's also this glitter one which is actually terrible because glitter gets everywhere and it's all over the place for like a year. It's torture.
I think that it's still not legal in some states, for example in Nebraska and Arkansas. But it's okay to do so in the rest of US, Do it and make your family proud.
