I can't help but get reminded of "yarp" from Hot Fuzz
Based on that, I'm guessing he was saying yes. It starts with a "ye" like yes, yeah, and yep. All of them mean the same thing. Since the question was really asking yes or no, I'm guessing he was trying to say "yes" but be funny or something about it.

Yeet is like "Got em" or in some cases "Don't got em."
About to slide someone? That's about to be a yeet.
Muhammad Ali dodging punches? That's a yeet.
NOOOO LOL. Yeet is a way of like curving someone. Like a way of saying "NOPE"
Apparently a dance move, more likely a mistake he was meant to say yes?

YEet = Get rid of (as far as I know).
I say yeet and have heard yeet being used as a way to say remove them, get rid of em. Eject. Slingshot.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/LqQA1zwiMBg"Term used to express excitement; especially used in basketball when someone has shot a three-pointer that they are sure will go in the hoop.
Also used as one ejaculates.
Can be used as an exclamatory (YEET!), or a verb (to yeet someone)"
Thanks, Urban Dictionary.Yeet is to eject, it is to remove, it is to push away.
Example, I yeeted the baby off a cliff!! as opposed too "I am a spartan warrior and my baby was not fit"It's an expression of excitement like "yew" or "woo."
So in the right context it could be used as yes.
Like maybe you could ask a question and someone could reaction excitement and affirmation like "damn, hell yes!" and alternatively "yeet" would mean in same thing in that context.Aren't you supposed to scream "yeet" when you throw something?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Bjy5YQ5xPcI really don't know, people be saying it at my school, lol :P
Lol yea thats what it means. Sometimes I yell it cause of the pronunciation of the word is funny. Yeeet!!!
