What does "heeeeeee" mean?

Okay so the girl I like sometimes does "heeeee" over the chat followed by :D or :) when I say something funny or maybe question about something that she told me a looooong time back.

What does this mean? I heard her say "hehe" or "haha" or hihi but very rarely this long heeeeeeee... :P

It's just her way of laughing. If you wanna flirt more with her, find ways to call her cute, including the way she laughs like that. She should love it. As long as it's not every single day, don't be afraid to go on about it a bit and keep insisting how cute the laugh is - she should love it.

But, obviously, if she seems to not react too much to it from the start - like, "uh thanks... lol" - then maybe she just isn't too into you as more than a friend and you shouldn't go overboard with it. But if she seems flattered and laughs a lot (even if it's online, like a huge "ahahahahahhahaha"), that's a good sign and you can keep going with it and compliment her cuteness a few more times before changing the subject to something normal. Even a ":D" is a good sign. But if it seems a bit awkward that probably means she doesn't like you too much.

Try to do most of your flirting off the computer though, lol. Maybe ask her out if you really like her?
