My younger brother woke up with this in the stomach, butt cheeks, neck he slightly had a stomachache too.

It seems like he has more in on his eyebrows no sure if is bc his touching his face or they just appear .

Doesn't look like chicken pox to me, it's more like an allergic reaction. Take him to the doctor to see what's really going on.
Or maybe a bug bit him?
