To be racist mean that u you think u are better than the other race.
Most black people feel inferior to white people secretly.(KEY WORD IS MOST NOT ALL ) SO IN return they that inferiority turn into hate or dislike or saying harsh things or sadness.
Now what white person feels inferior to black people. ( I want a answer) like really what white person is saying I feel less than that black guy over there.

Best definition I know of "racism" is a negative prejudice toward someone based only on their race. And yes, white people can experience that. I have. Everyone of every race does experience it at one time or another, I'm sure, at least if they occasionally travel outside their own ethnic community.
I've had people call me race-based derogatory names.
I've had people assume things about me because of my skin color and how I talk.
I've had a coworker harass me because of my skin color and background.
I've been pulled over my an officer of a different color who thought I looked out of place in his area and thought I was buying drugs.
I've had a professor say hateful things about my race in class.
I'm white. I grew up poor and rough. I try to love everyone and educate myself as much as possible.
Not in America at this time. Racism is an institution where one group OPRESSES another racial group. It is not one black person talking crap about a white person. White people in America control most of politics and the media, and are therefore in a position of power to oppress racial minorities. I'm not saying that all media, politicians and white people are racist, I'm just saying they are the only ones that have the power to be.
Reverse racism is not real. Also I'm white.
I grew up in BC Canada and there are a lot of Indians and Asians here. And a lot of them are wealthy as they are quite business savvy and motivated to do well in university. They make fun of the lower income white people like myself and call us "white trash".

This has got to be the most screwed up bullshit I have ever read in my entire life! I can’t count how many times in my 41 years of life that I have been called a “Cracker” or a “Honkey”. And I’ll be honest, I had no clue what the meaning of “Cracker” was till a few years ago. I though white people were called that due to being the color of a saltine cracker? The only was we are going to move past racism is come together as a HUMAN RACE, stand as one and stop talking about it. I’ve traced my family back on both my mother and fathers side, and no one in neither my mothers bloodline or my fathers blood line Were ever slave owners or slave traders, so I don’t have shit to apologize for, and we will not pay procreations for something we didn’t do to begin with, let alone to a generation who more then likely has never stepped foot on a cotton plantation, rice plantation or tobacco plantation. People, we can’t move forward with change if we continue to live in the past, and continue to allow racism to divide us. Am I racist? Not by a long shot, but taking down flags and monuments is not going to erase what happened. I don’t care what color you are, if you have a good heart, live right and just be a decent human being, it’s all good.
I think anyone can be prejudiced/biased. I know that many people believe that white people (automatically) have a subconsciously biased/racist mindset; although that is true about some white people, it's not true for all of them, and to be honest, that's prejudice in and of itself, to assume someone thinks a certain way about a certain race just because of their skin color. In other words, just as it is prejudice for a white person to make assumptions about someone based on their race, it is also equally as prejudice for a non-white person to make assumptions about a white person based on their race. Now, I do believe that racism and personal biases are two different things. Racism is the idea that a certain race is superior to another; personal bias/prejudice is basically a subconscious (racial) issue. For example, if a white person makes a derogatory comment about a non-white person, then that would (generally) be considered racist. Similarly, if a non-white person makes an assumption (solely based on race) that a white person must be prejudice, without even knowing them, then that would (generally) be considered prejudice/biased. Some people say that white people can't experience racism because “the oppressor cannot be oppressed themselves”, but I don't think that's necessarily true. I mean, instead of “racism”, it may be more appropriate to call it “prejudice/bias”, but overall, white people definitely can be discriminated against, just as anyone of any race can be.
All of y’all saying “that’s not racism that’s prejudice” please look up the definition of racism, here I’ll do it for you,
[ rac·ism
/ˈrāˌsizəm/
noun
prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group. ]
see that first word, being prejudice towards someone because of this skin is being racist regardless of what colour they are.
white people cannot experience oppression because a white person will never not get a job because of their skin colour and so on and so forth.
I was at a blm protest and got screamed at and told to leave and “why the fuck is this white bitch even here” when I’m there to support because a lot of my family is black. Tell me how that’s not racism. Please tell me and if you try and say it’s prejudice please reread the definition of racism that i posted and you can even look it up yourself if you think I might have modified that definition in any way.I remember during 9/11 in school that it was a black guy rather than a white guy who said "look what your country is doing to ours" even though I'm ethnically Indian. Didn't have any white person give me shit during that period. And I've seen blacks call whites crackers all the time.
Hey Black person here
Everyone can be racist.
Prejudice is part of the definition of being racist look it up and you’ll find it.
Reverse Racism isn’t a thing because it’s called Racism
Racism NOT Blackism meaning it extends to every race.
To say that being white or Caucasian is not a race is in itself Racist.
Cracker, is a racist term used to remind white people or terrible things their ancestors did, (crack of a whip, therefore cracker) and IS Derogatory.
Minority doesn’t matter when it comes to weather your a racist or not.
Racism is your prejudice towards another racist.
To simplify.
“You can’t come in here because your a white Cracker” I. E not black
That is segregation.
Anyone and everyone can be racist.
Except for “Maybe” Blind people. (That’s a joke)This is old question I have fumbled upon but, no, white people cannot experience racism. This being because racism is a system they have created to oppress people of color. This system cannot be used against them. They can be a victim of prejudice, which is not the same thing as racism. Prejudice is when someone negatively pre judges someone without getting to know them. Racism is the system that allows the racial group that’s already in power to retain power. Therefore, no, reverse racism cannot exist because no other minority has ever been in power besides white people.
Sure, it happens all the time. Unfortunately, there has been so much racism targeted at blacks, that blacks expect it from lots of white people - that's a form of racism. As a middle-aged white guy, I have to expect that lots of black folks will think that I am racist, so I go out of my way whenever possible to assuage their fears (like freely admit that I voted for Obama twice).
LOL i love how black people say they were oppressed. thats all you hear from them today. did you also know that jewish people are a double minority? they aren't supposed to exist today? theyre the ones that were oppressed, you dont hear them complaining...
I'm glad you recognize how stupid that bastardized concept of privilege is. Because all racism is is when someone thinks a person or a type of people are inherently worth more, or worth less, than other types of people, based on nothing but race.
And I have experienced, first hand, some pretty extreme, though non-violent, hatred, from black people, aimed at me for no reason other than me being white.Being half German I can't believe how many people assumed I was a Nazi? I'm as liberal as they get lol. I do not appreciate the racism from people (including) other whites who think, ask, assume, or whatever that I am some sort of Nazi. For one, I'm an American, and grew up around diversity, very happy to be around lots of differents kinds of people, except for the ignorant ones.
Irish whites were particularly disliked in the United States up until the late 20th century. In some places you could get a job as long as you were any race other than Irish.
https://rjensen.people.uic.edu/~irish.gifMy dear, Google South Africa and the whites. We are victims of so much racism it's actually a joke. Google farm murders in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Google work policies in South Africa. A black man in a 1st world is a prince compared to a white man in South Africa. The whites have money in South Africa because if we didn't, we would die out. So all of us do our best to out do everyone. It's one reason why we are know as "arrogant" because we don't take shit in the business world.
Yeah all they have to do is make themselves a minority via moving in the hood and you can bet your ass that plenty of people are going to try to test them LOL.
It's stupid. Anytime you attack, mock, or ridicule someone because of their race, that's racism. Nobody chooses what race they are born as, nobody belongs judging anyone because of it.
Martin Luther King Jr said his dream would be that people were not judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. Blacks and PC liberals these days have thrown that philosophy out the window.White people can’t experience racism due to, what you labeled “the dumbest thing you’ve ever heard of”, because they are white and have privilege. The excuse of “any race can experience racism” only applies to people of color, the minorities of America, but not to white people because they are the oppressors, the oppressors cannot be oppressed. However they do experiment prejudice due to their privilege, many people dislike white people because they are always at a higher advantage than people of color, they (white people) don’t experience fear on the basis of their skin color in the way black people do. Think of the wounds of the KKK and multiple lynchings, massacres, and attempted genocide of people of color that have happened, now thing of the extreme physical violence and actions against white people that have happened, there is nothing. White people can’t deny the literally fact that reverse racism doesn’t exist. Google “Why reverse racism doesn’t exist” to further your knowledge.
Black people are no longer oppressed. Yes they have some inequalities but not enough to claim oppression. Caucasian people are a race so yes indeed we can experience racism. Claiming me can't due to our skin colour is racist in itself
Not in America now I know “by definition” white people can experience racism but in American society that’s just not the case. A black person walking down the street calling a white person a cracker does not hold the same weight as if a white person was calling a black person a n**. Historically n** was used as a way degrade black people wtf even knows where cracker originated from. So I know how white people want to be oppressed so damn bad but that’s not the case in America
Thats not the dumbest thing I've ever heard. But its not something an educated or experienced person said.
Try being a white working in Hawaii. You'll experience some of the finest white racism there is.Certainly, though in predominantly white nations they will not experience it on the scale and scope that minorities do.
I’m white and I’m a latina. I’ve been bullied my whole life for not being at least tan. I used to hate my skin and blonde hair bc I wasn’t “latina enough “ for the darker people around me. I obv grew out of it and what's more latina than to have it in your blood and be raised in a hispanic family and place? Colored people can be racist It’s not about the oppression your ancestors went through necessarily. It’s just about insulting people for their race
