Im black and I know too dam well that there are racists in every ethnic group.
Here in GaG, few have considered those racists who do not consider interracial dating. That is a matter of dating preference, not a matter of racism.
Oh my good God, have l ever been. I attended the historic Little Rock Central High School from 1988 to 1990. The things I experienced, and watched other White people experience, was very disheartening and at times very disturbing.
This all happened at the height of the crack epidemic. If anyone reading this ever watched the HBO special, “Bangin’ in Little Rock”, I was there at that time. I saw all that gang violence firsthand.
That hatred and violence spilled over and began a slightly less violent attitude towards Whites. We were lucky we weren’t victims of the inner city gun violence at that time.
I personally never did anything, to any Black person, to deserve how I was treated. Neither did most of the other students, unless you want to count being White as offensive.
Now, if you were a White girl that was different. Some of those White girls were targeted because it was a fad to date Black guys. Only some of those White girls that had Black boyfriends didn’t realize that those Black guys had gang affiliations. Guess what happened; those girls ended up on drugs and were “turned out” for gang profits.
As I said, most of us didn’t do anything, or say anything to be treated in that manner.
A lot of the racism you see here recently affecting Whites; Myself and others have already lived it.
Generation X, out of all the past generations, have been the most racially accepting generation EVER. So many Whites in the mid 80’s through the mid 90’s went as far as adopting Black culture. Music and style especially.
Nowadays, not so much.
From my perspective, the reason for this hatred of Whites is so that some Blacks can feel empowered by perpetuating racism.
And it started at a time when it seemed we were finally making progress in improving race relations. I also believe that the recent proliferation of White Supremacist groups is due to the fact of what has happened to White people over the last 35 years or so. Yes, these groups have always existed, but now there are many more because of all the newer recruits splintered off into smaller and more numerous hate groups.
But now that hate crime laws are beginning to become law in more states; Minorities can now be charged with the same laws as Whites.
One thing. There are few if any white supremicist groups. White nationalism is almost non existent.
Otherwise I get what you’re saying and sorry you had to go through all that.
I’ve been assaulted more than once by Black people, jumped in the street, and even been spit on, more than once. I’ve also been called a honky and a cracker and a white boy—but don’t worry, Black folks can’t be racist.
Ya’ll are racist as hell. And violent. And after spending the last 5 years hearing about white supremacy and how evil White people are, I want absolutely nothing to do with any of you.
@anon
The best part is when you say this you will then be told you suffer from white fragility.
Listen man, there are good and sensible black people out there, but I can’t say I blame you. Very tired of hearing blacks cry about racism while they are racist towards whites and feel justified burning down a small city and stealing everything in sight to get justice for Michael Brown, or Trayvon Martin, or George Floyd, or Freddie Grey or whoever it will be next week that is engaged in something stupid, suffers consequences for it, then blames it on hidden systems of oppression.
I have been a target of racism before. I was at a store and I was wearing spandex , there was 3 black women sitting at a bus stop near a store and they were harassing me telling me to “put clothes on” even though I was minding my business. They were so offended by me wearing shorts that one of them followed me into the store, physically looked for me in the store, and harassed me in regards to my shorts that had nothing to do with her. I think they were more so offended that I am a thicker white girl
Nope never experienced specifically racism against me. White woman though, so maybe its overshadowed by the sexism.

While white people rarely face individual racism, unless they are a rare white person in a very black neighborhood, they face plenty of institutionalized racism. That's what DEI and ESG programs are. In the US, black people represent 13% of the population, but these programs are designed to force companies to hire FAR above that number. It's numerically even worse if you look at gay and especially trans percentages vs. what these programs are pushing for, but the not-very-secret part is that the activists in these roles actively, and often gleefully, discriminate against white men. And not the rich, powerful white men, but the blue collar and entry level white collar white men.
In my previous company, I had 19 workers, and the one white guy was a Russian immigrant - I had black, Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mongolian, and Peruvian guys working for me. They were the best guys I could find and train, and my crew had the best stats in my region. That's because I hired strictly on merit. That's how it should be.
I live in a suburban neighborhood that is ethnically diverse.
There is one household of people here who have skin that is much darker than my light Western European skin.
I approached them some years ago in a friendly manner in order to get to know them and to be friendly neighbors.
They immediately chose to launch a racial war against me, declaring that I was being racist towards them. (Maybe they consider being approached in a friendly manner to be racist.)
The presence of our local police has been required on multiple occasions in order to settle them down.
They repeatedly fail to be able to show any examples of my being racist towards them.
They've threatened me with physical violence and have attempted to run me down with their cars if I happen to be at my mailbox or in the street when they drive past my house.
I've had grounds to file charges against a few of them. I haven't.
Yeah, I'm a white guy who has been and is a target of racism.
I've been seeing similar examples all of my life.
That makes me feel bad for the members of minority groups who do not engage in such behavior. As in any group of people, the bad apples tend to engender negative stereotypes for the entire group.
Racism occurs in all directions.
Black against whomever else racism, to me, seems to be way out of proportion compared to any other race.
It's a sad situation.
All the time, I’m white so I can’t have an opinion on single mother hood in the black community (news flash it’s better for all races to have the father in the home). I hate BLM not the statement Black Lives Matter but the organization Black Lives Matters because All lives matter also I hate Marxism and Patrice Cullors literally said that she and her colleagues are trained marxist. Or I get accused of hating black people because I support voter I. D laws. I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure 99% of black people have an I. D or I’m a racist because I don’t support affirmative action. Again I’m pretty sure affirmative action is racist 1 it discriminate against Asian Americans, because Asian Americans tend to do the best on the SAT scores and it’s telling blacks people they are stupid because they can’t work hard like Asians and get the same score or better then Asians. And it leads to what Thomas Sowel calls, secondary racism which is the idea that we have data if you have a black person applying for an engineering and black people need to score a 1200 rather then a 1400 which Asians need to get into college and because of affirmative action even though a black guy might score a 1700 on a SAT the employer wouldn’t know what the black person scored on the SAT and end up not hiring the black person because of affirmative action programs (I get called racist for saying this as well). Equal protection under the law.
I don't know how I’m racist given my favorite Supreme Court Justice is black he took over for Thurgood Marshall Clarence Thomas, my favorite, female, political commentator is black Candace Owens. My brother is half black because I’m adopted. So I have no idea how I’m racist except the fact the democrats like to call all republicans racist. Or Nazis or white supremacist, but why would I be calling, Thomas soul in Clarence Thomas. If I hate it like people, it makes no sense to me.
99 days out of a 100 people are racist to us blaming us for slavery constantly when it was 100 years ago and Thier own poeple started the practice!
Not a day goes by that it is not on TV! The poor black people... Well what about the Chinese and Asians.
Only black people care!
What about the black Muslims they don't care and are freely wearing Thier clothes but African Americans whine about slavery with Thier 6 dollar cup of Starbucks free from the government... Cause they can't be bothered to get a job!
Let's forget that every white person is a gamer... No we like games and play them when we have a minute with our families.
Most streamers are not white but the white ones get the attention! So I get catcalled for it!

I have experienced racism at the hands of black people who claim that they can not possibly be racist. I worked in state government and trust me I was a minority in every sense of the term. When I first started out I could only get part-time. I wanted a job with benefits. I would interview and interview and never get the job. It was not until they put a white person on the interview panel that I finally got on full-time. Six tries was a bit much. Then I experienced racism for my own boss. I was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition. My boss told me that what I had was not something that "black folk" have. This is off course not true. Then there is the whole mad angry black woman syndrome. It's like let's take a defensive posture on everything. For example, my Father did 3 tours in Vietnam and was the recipient of a Purple Heart for being combat wounded. I like to fly the American flag BUT now that is racist is just bullshit. Black supremacy is alive and well.
I will say that we need to cahnge the term really, as we are all human race 😅
On any case, I personally feel its not as strong here as it is in the US, we got a lot of groups and will say racesim for race is pretty low
We do have some bad actors that do create some degree of it, a We vs Them thing that is horrible
Any case all sides get racesim or any outher this as rule 18 states
"Everything that can be labelled can be hated."
And that is in the end the problem, if you label something it becomes a group
When its a group any amount of bad apples in it, will refelect on the entire group, and if your not part of that group you may be unable to tell one from the outher, making you hate the group for the few bad apples that exsist in all baskets
I have seen on this website some people still blame white people alive today for things like colonialism and slavery that happened like 100 years ago and most these white people weren’t even alive.
Does that seem like racism to you?
So much so they they are the most persecuted group in the west, along with anyone who is straight, male and/or Christian.
I’ve had black people tell me in public that white people are the Devil.
I’ve had Hispanics make multiple racial comments at me.
None of it bothers me.
Hell I nearly forgot, @Alwayreckles93 and I have a black person on here that stalks us constantly. Calling her a “white bitch” and me a racist incessantly. Changes names on his account too and then shows up and stalks us both on this website.
Yes all the time there this rude guy user that keeps attacking my friend exterminator and I all the time calling us names and calls us both racist names. We would post something that has nothing to do with race in our post and this rude user Tordanoda whatever he keeps changing his name woll always bring up race and attacked my friend exterminator and I. So yes us white people we do faced racism. Crap even way back when I was in school hispanic kids would speak in Spanish look at my direction and bully me. Even in high school hispanic girls would start aurguments and fights calling me F**** you stupid blondie white girl. I've been called white trash, stupid blonde so yes we do face racism. My friend exterminator he is always very respectful he has never offended anyone on here.
There is racism against any non-Japanese person in Japan. You will never be fully accepted.
In the US, I mostly see anti-white sentiment from "woke" whites who believe white people need to atone for the sins of their ancestors.
Mostly though, there is very little significant racism against white people, much less than against other groups.
I met someone of a different race who said that it must have been easy for me during my career because I was a white male. I didn’t take it personally and just ignored it. Later, after she got to know me she realized I hadn’t had it easy. She apologized. I told her that I didn’t hold it against her because she was trained to think that way when she went to college, but eventually real experience and learning through friendship can overcome ideology.
Did. You seriously tough that they just give out free Degrees to us white people wow. That lady had serious issues. I bet you spent days studying hard to pass exam.
@Alwayreckles93 A whole generation has been trained to think that a whites, especially white males, in must have all kinds of friends in high places and people giving them favors to make their path easy.
There definitely seems to be systemic racism against us.
The only place I really faced racism though was in Taiwan. I love how Asians always whine about people in Europe or Quebec, mocking them or refusing to serve them, when they give White people the same exact treatment.
They wouldn't sit next to us on the train, and one bitch took her mask off and made me sick.
In shops and restaurants if you don't have slanty eyes and don't speak Ching Chong, they will neglect you, but cater to the Asian customers.
Then they have the nerve to complain when White people give them the same exact treatment.
I support the "Stop Asian Hate" movement. We need to stop Asians from hating.
I had faced racism all the time as a white human. I've been called stupid blonde , white trash. I had hispanics look d9wn on me try to strat a fight for no reason. I had hospanic gurls back in high schooltry to jump on me. Then there a user on here that goes by tornado who keeps stalking me abd my friend Exterminator for no reason we would posta question that has nothing to do with race and he will attacked my friend Exterminator and I for no apparent reason.
probably all the time but ultimately the 'effects' of racism are what matters, not the intention - the intention only perpetuates it, the effects are what costs life. And as it stands people who are racist against white people generally don't have the power for their racism to be effective in any broad sense.
I've met a few very rude aggressive black women here in America. I don't know if its because I'm Irish or foreign or not black. I get on very well with Mexicans and Koreans.
It’s because you’re white and no other reason most likely. This is common place.
Mexicans can be racist too.
@Alwayreckles93 never encountered any.
I work in higher education and feel like I have a target on my back.
Everybody knows I am a Trump supporter and so most people have ostracized me. I moved my office to a new building and there was a professor in the next office that seemed friendly and sometimes we would talk,. I put a Trump sticker on my office door and all of a sudden she would not give me the time of day. When Trump won the election I think I heard her in her office crying about it.
@exitseven You’re definitely on treacherous territory.
@RealMarek yes, but I don't care what they think.
@exitseven I admire that. I don’t care either but I would certainly have to stay silent if I was in a large corporation these days.
@RealMarek I am getting ready to retire. Thay can kiss my butt.
@exitseven that’s awesome. If my start-up company continues to take off I’ll be in a similar position. The sad part is that freedom of speech was never supposed to depend on financial resources.
@RealMarek yes that is true but I think it will turn around. It already is in a lot ofvplaces but the date news is still silent about it
I’ve seen this a lot. The funny thing is I have a white father and a brown mother. People can’t tell if I’m oppressed or the oppressor. I’m mostly just in the middle when hell breaks loose.
That you are Black, means you know a little less than shit about others.
It's Jews that get it both barrels, from Blacks and from Whites.
Half of what the evil woke cult believes is antiwhite racism while the other half is glorifying deviancy. The BLM movement and CRT are nothing more than pure racism, and you took what they said and swapped the words "white" and "black" it woukd be indistinguishable from anything written by the KKK or Hitler.
I've definitely caught a decent bit of shit several times over the years because I'm white, but I wouldn't say it's any kind of regular facet in my life.
I've had locals move seats away from me on public transport and talk amongst themselves and point at me obviously saying derogatory things when I've been in Asia, but I've never been physically attacked or anything.
