Are you a Gucci sneakerhead? That's the only brand I know that makes size 15.5 in men's. Literally, only one.
I have two brothers who wear that exact size, so, I can give you some decent pointers on how/where to buy designer kicks in yr size on the cheap.

I wear EU 41.5-42, US 11.5-12, UK 9-9.5. I have a couple of pairs of athletic shoes in US men's size 10.

I tried to look up my American shoe size and some say 5, some 5 1/2 and some 6 so around that range. I have a size 37 in Europe.

yeah lol. it's super dumb too because most companies make shoes in that size but no stores stock them, so to try a pair on I have to order it in and see if it fits then decide if I want to buy it or try again with another pair. Or drive to another city hours away with a specialty shoe store that carries larger sizes.
