I have big feet! (UK7) I used to be really insecure about it too, but I've just learnt to accept that it is something about me that I can't change and instead of being embarrassed about it I just laugh about it. People make fun of me frequently for it, and when I was younger I would get insanely upset over it but now I just laugh, it's all part of accepting who you are.

Here's a better chart. According to this chart, I have UK size 4, European size 37 and American size 5,5 and I'm 5'7 (170 cm). I must say I have pretty small feet for my length.

In the USA women's size is usually about one size down from men's but maybe UK it's the same
