Usually between 10.5-11.5 (U. S. & Canada)/10-11 (U. K.)/43-44 to 44-45 (Euro), depending on the brand and style of footwear (sometimes boots can be bigger for a given size). However, the largest size I have is a size 14 (U. S. & Canada)/13.5 (U. K.)/47 (Euro) boot, but that's because I wear them over top of 5mm thick neoprene chest waders with thick wool socks underneath while fishing in cooler temps.

It's very much like determining bra sizes in that it very much depends on the manufacturer.

Normally I'm a UK size 7 (US 9. EU 41.) however there are occasions when I've had to go up to a UK size 8 (US 10. EU 42.).
