It would almost certainly be buh-PREESK, since it looks French, but I've never heard it said and see no online guide to how to pronounce it.

No idea, like i said, it's not French though. I've never heard anyone say it. As it's a contraction the three syllables as they are in the words that make it up I suppose, bee-pry-squee but like I said, I don't really know. .
