Should I be upset that I haven't heard from my boyfriend, since he's been on vacation?

So my boyfriend went to Mexico with his mom to visit some family. I haven't tried to call him or text him because I really don't wanna bother him. We've been together for 2 years and have a baby on the way. But he hasn't checked up on me or let me know that he's okay. Even though I know he's okay, he was on Facebook reposting stuff. Should I be worried that he'll do something stupid? Or just let him be and trust him. Also I haven't been the best girlfriend to him bc of my hormones. I'm really mean to him & kinda needy now. But he should at least still text or call right?
