Rash on inside of elbow? What is it?

I started getting a bumpy red rash on the inside of my elbows. I'm working out at the gym a lot more and I'm wondering if it could be due to sweat. A friend suggested it might be eczema, but I'm not sure. If anyone has experienced something like this please share with me ideas of what it is or what I can do to get it to go away, thanks! All help is appreciated.

Maybe it's an allergic reaction to something. Did you put lotion on before that rash appeared?
