I feel like a bad CNA?

I'm 4 months into my CNA JOB, it's my first job as a CNA. I feel like I'm a bad one, when I'm working on getting twos up. The other CNA always has to tell me what to do... :( I work in LTC facility

Take it easy. You're new there, you need guidance so don't worry about it because they're supposed to help you. You're 4 months into a career that will last you a lifetime. I dated an LVN who'd call me during the day crying and say she missed another vein. Hang in there and remember this... "the days are long & the years are short".

Well it is your first job and it's kinda scary dealing with people. It takes time to fully adjust and get better. Just take pointers from the regulars or who's been there for a while and learn from them.
