Got really mad at my wife over money, next day she showed up for $3500 I feel guilty asf now she sold her horse to a friend for $2500 and sold her great grandmothers diamond ring for $1000 she seems really sad now but she left it on the table for me in an envelope

Look man, don't be too hard on yourself. Money stresses can cause fights, it's normal. But it was also really big of your girl to do what she did to help out. That shows how much she cares.

My advice would be apologize for losing your cool, tell her you feel like an ass and you don't deserve her. Then have a heart to heart about the finances - get on the same page so you're not caught by surprise again.

As for the ring and horse money, that was her call to make so don't feel guilty. But maybe do something special for her to lift her spirits, like a weekend getaway or her favorite dinner. Show your appreciation for her sacrifice.

Then going forward, keep those lines of communication open so little problems don't turn into blowups. You got a good woman, don't take her for granted! I'm sure she'll forgive and forget as long as you two work as a team from now on.
