I was on a break and I was talking with a colleague from the other team about how we have to sit down for too long and I said my manager has it the best because she's always on about because she walks out and in of the office often

I just realised I used the completely wrong words and kind of feel bad about it

If u think she was going to tell your manager right there and then just play of as a joke lol and if your manager says anything just apologize either way no harm was done u was just speaking your mind u have nothing to feel bad about I think u good:)!

Don't feel bad what you spoke. Never regret what have done already but you will intuition that it will bad for you then warm apology is best you can other wise don't feel bad. It will make you only venerable
