I think you're confused.

Many American (or even just western) guys would avoid dating these women, but it has little to do with their looks (many women from these countries are very attractive), and a lot more to do with their CULTURE.

It's very difficult to have a relationship with someone who has a vastly different culture than you do - and often their families make it even more difficult. Many guys see no point in fighting all that friction when there are women of western culture available. But you shouldn't confuse that with LOOKS, because looks have very little to do with it.

I don't know about Pakistani but Indian women are considered attractive. Many of them are straight up gorgeous. I thought it was the men that are stereotyped as unattractive.

By who's standards? I have seen Middle Eastern women who are among some of the most beautiful. There are gorgeous women of all nationalities.
