What's so difficult about the ''keep your hands and feet to yourself'' rule?

If that's generally taught in kindergarten then why are there so many fights?

A fight usually starts when someone turns a verbal argument into a physical altercation. Someone usually throws the first hit (slap, punch, whatever) and off course there is a 50% chance the other person retaliates. Sometimes it doesn't stop right there but keeps going on until one eventually loses.

If I were to asked every adult if they have gotten into any fight in their life.. I'm guessing about 95% would answer yes and only 5% would say no.
