Choose from the following options:
It bothers you when you have to obey a lot of rules?
Choose from the following options:
My answer would be "Not really, because these rules are developed by keeping in mind the company policies, if everybody is following those rules. I would also follow the rules in order to keep the discipline in the company"
I would say that, because If I am going for the interview, it means I like that job, and it is definitely a challenging position. So rules are not gonna bother me then.If there are some stupid rules, there would be already some people, who would have found some loopholes for those rules already. So I just need to spend time with those people to get to know those loopholes.
Kind of, yes. If the rules were haphazardly drummed up as a response to some minor crisis, then they are probably onerous, poorly thought-out, and counter-productive. And even if they are valid, a great way to learn is by making your own mistakes, rather than trying to learn from someone else's. Not a fan of rules.
1) the perfect answer would be like: Yes, I find it very easy to relate to others because I am very empathetic and sympathetic. so, "Strongly agree"
2) the perfect answer would be: I have no problem following rules that benefit the work and customers, I find them helpful and they even serve as a guide as to how I should treat others and set a goal for what my work should revolve around. "Disagree"
thanks for ba :D haha
We need to be smart here if we are applying for a job to able to make the employers happy =D So, it depends on the job you're applying for. What is it so I can answer your question?
In this kind of job, are there a lot of rules to follow?
I would say "I don't think of it as obeying the rules rather than being productive and professional in the workplace. I would like to meet the standards and to prove myself at work and that couldn't be satisfied unless the employees meet the standards and the qualifications that are set for the benefit of the workplace and to make the customers happy." something like that :-)
Thanks! :)
Retail I assume they are looking for cheerful rule following drones who like the customer.
I have to know the person first; they must let me jump in their shoes so see what things are like.
How would someone troll on this question anonymously?
I see. Well you can't impress all :(

I can sympathise easy and have a good sense of empathy , so that's an agree , however I can only follow rules when they make sense ( had some problems with that one in the army lol , ah well I quit :p ) so that's a disagree
i think being honest is the most important in all those surveys
If the answers are that 1-5 type, then I'd pick the one that said "agree" or 4. I like structure and don't mind rules, but someplace saturated with rules makes me think I'm being micromanaged and I don't like that.
I don't care as long as I get paid , I guess that I did know the rules when I started working there so its only natural to agree with them or at least go with the flow .
I'm good at feeling what others are feeling as it pertains to me but I need to develop other aspects of it.
: )
:D
I refuse to fill out job applications that resort to these petty mind games.
Depends on if I'm working for someone.
If I get nothing in return, I'll bend them until they break. If they are paying me, I'll follow the rules.
I never had a problem following rules.. Learn the system and master the game
Of course, it depends on what rules were talking about! and who made them p!
Not all the time, Rules don't particularly do much to make me made when I am working.
Not particularly, they're often there for a reason.
I have to play by the man's rules in order to get paid.
LOL Kain.
Strongly Agree.
I do tend to think I am empathetic.
No. I don't really mind rules
Strongly disagree
