Here's some pics of me just if your curious. Don't be rude or anything if you don't think I'm cute, which I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't anyways. I'm a Junior in high school and I'm usually quiet and not really out going, which may be a factor I guess I don't know, but guys never notice me, talk to me, or try to hit on me. Even at my prettiest, with really nice clothes and nice hair, they still don't notice me or try to do anything. Now I just feel more uglier than I already do and it's making me really upset. I know this boy stuff shouldn't be that important in school, but I don't know, I'm just wondering why they don't.

Your looks aren't the issue - you are plenty attractive.
Rather, it's the vibe/body language you send out. In these two pics, you look very pensive (sad and withdrawn), and that makes you come off as someone who isn't likely to be interested in a guy approaching her. Guys HATE and FEAR rejection from women more than just about anything else, so if they aren't getting plenty of positive vibes and signs from her, most will pass her right by, not because they don't find her physically attractive, but because they don't want to be rejected.
You say yourself that you are quiet and not really outgoing - well, THAT is what you need to change if you want guys to approach you. Most guys are looking for a girl who is FUN and POSITIVE and at least a little bit outgoing. You need to let them SEE you having fun and enjoying yourself around other people, which will make them a lot more interested in being around you.
Its probably because you're shy, you just have to find someone who is popular, and kind of go out of your way to try and befriend them, and then the rest will do itself
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You are so gorgeous, you have such a natural beauty to you. Maybe you just don't notice, but you are so beautiful. God damn you could be a model, pretty eyes and lips. Great skin tone and you have such a cute smile. You are GORGEOUS!! I don't know why you would ever think that because you are extremely beautiful and it takes time for some dumb young guy to notice. Trust me they will and it'll make the wait even more worth it. I love your hair ugh. I'm just loving how pretty you are. You are goals.
Hey, you're beautiful, and first off not many guys tend to approach women, they usually wait on right moments to do so, secondly you're a quiet person, this quality trust me is a good thing when you learn to listen more than speak it means you would develop a personality that would allow you to understand more than judge but getting off topic, being quiet, shy and reserved makes its hard to get noticed and if they do it's a bit difficult to approach.

Hmm I don't find non-whites attractive, so that's my take on that part. To the rest of it, there are a lot of factors at play.. That are largely out of your control. Perhaps you should try making yourself more noted by initiating conversations with dudes, instead of being passive. If you do initiate what vibes do you get?

You should be happy they don't and pray they dont, because the ones they hate on are the ones who easy to get (valueless). Keep yourself for your dear husband who will notice you and marry you. Follow God's direction and pray always.
No you just look hella young. I have the same issue, darn baby face. Wearing make-up helps me look older, I just hate putting it on and taking it off though
Beauty doesn't define relation... the way u treat and comfort Ur spouse brings the results... beauty is one of the aspect in relation it's not one and only aspect... if a person is hitting u for Ur beauty its just infatuation not intimacy
