What is the most fertile age for a Lady?
Nahid.
I'd say most fertile is clearly around those 15-16 years. That's obviously the age that we're (biologically) meant to have children. As opposed to when a woman is no longer fertile, that varies. If you're over 35 and you tell a doctor that you want to have a baby, the doctor will immediately refer you to fertility testing and treatment.
When I had my first child, I was part of a parenting group that consisted only of older mothers (33+) and all of them said that they had no problems at all getting pregnant. Of course, that's a dumb statement on my part because if they did have trouble, they probably wouldn't be in a parenting group but that didn't seem to stop me from typing it out anyway.
Biologically the fertility is fixed, a Female is fertile as long as she has eggs in her ovary, which is usually around the age of 50. Fertility technically starts as soon as the menstrual cycle starts, because that is an indication of the ovulation. So that is that.
One should also say that in higher ages the egg cells are already old and can have flaws because the number of egg cells is fixed from the beginning, and these cells are then stored in the ovaries so they actually age with the female, the risk of genetic defects is higher in the later years because of this.
The optimum age is around 18 but a few studies have shown women are at their most fertile during their early 20s and there is the lowest risk of miscarriage. At 30 fertility is dropping, and seriously declines from 38.
A fertility specialist will generally want a couple under 30 to have tried falling pregnant naturally for 12-18 months before beginning investigations, but in a woman over 30 only 6 months of trying due to the decline
The older girls get the harder the pregnancy can be. I had my last baby at 33 I had no issues.
I heard by age 35 90 percent of the eggs are gone.
So breed young, breed young.
