My ability to bend over backwards and touch my toes. Most people freak out and think it's gross when I do it, lol.
But I'm proud, because I'm not naturally flexible. Took a lifetime of yoga and stretching to be able to contort myself that way.

@PoliceLivesMatter I can't do it off the bat, either. I have to ease into it, do a couple of cobras, then bridges, and then work my into the position.
And it has to be on an empty stomach, most importantly. If you do it on a full one, you can actually tear some of your internal organs.
