Did my wife get aroused when her male doctor touched her private parts without asking?

My wife and I went to a Male physician to see why she was pale, the doctor asked her to get on to the examination table on the other side of the room which was covered. He then asked her to show her stomach. He pressed his stomach and lower abdomen and then to her surprise he moved to the upper part of her body and slipped his hands inside her bra pulling out her breasts removing the bra without my wife’s concern. He then started pressing her breasts from all the sides and then touched her large areolas and pinched both her nipples and pressed again and then fitted back her bra. My wife told me about this after the check-up. Do you think my wife got aroused by the doctors touch on her breast nipples? And Do you think what the doctor did, slipping his hands inside her bra and removing it without her concern is right?
