That they're not sentient. Imagine if they could think? They'd likely value community more over individuality which means we'd have some three trillion communists on our hands.
The green-red tide would overwhelm us.They're magical. Living things that spend their entire life at the exact spot where they were born (unless of course they were dug out and planted elsewhere). The colours, the smell, the way they help the world survive... Absolutely fantastic!
Two things I like most about trees:
a. They provide shelter for many (different kinds of) animals.
b. They absorb environmental carbon dioxide and convert them into oxygen.Being in the woords relaxes me... a nice walk in the woods is something I really need once a week or so :D
