I think it would be best to start looking for another job, and take as much money from this company as you can before you leave. It's just usually best to leave your personal life out of work, even if you feel like you have nothing to hide, the issue is that "work" for some people is their life blood and they will be stuck at the job for a long long long time. In turn, they bring their miseries and sorrows to the job place, in this case, they brought their racism and sexism, which is mostly likely normal in their country. (Not that understanding any of their behaviour will make it ok, but I guess it's always useful to know your enemy). It doesn't have to be Indian men, it could have been manipulative women. The workplace can be a nasty environment.
If the company does not do anything to compensate you or make things better, than you need to do everything in your power to report this company to the appropriate powers. Because if you leave, this will just happen again to another woman.

Yah don't tell them personal info and make sure your bosses are aware of then giving you a hard time. They may continually toss blame to you for there fuck ups. As already mentioned, you don't live in India and if they keep making those references then tell them to ship their asses back home if they don't like it
That sucks. It seems like you have a really cool job and it's awful that those things had to happen. Maybe you can pretty much tell them all to leave you the fuck alone.
You can find those benefits elsewhere. Being unhappy is not worth it. Waking up everyday and dreading going to work isn’t worth it. No amount of money is worth that.

See India is a third world country... U should have expected all this when u came here.. It's not ideal... 60 percent tired of the population are below poverty line... It's totally different to US I'm not saying what they did is right... the touching and stuff is absolutely wrong... But let me ask u this... Do u think a woman is good enough to get down the sewers and clean them... I don't mean to be rude... I would say no... Men and women are nt equal... When it comes to corporate jobs maybe they are.. But biological they aren't.. There are certain jobs that require physical strength... Women are inferior to men in general when it comes to physical strength... There might be exceptions.. u might be one... But in India that too in factories ly men work... So u can't blame them for being prejudistic... But the sexual assault thing is beyond horrible and those men who physically harassed u will mostly be thrown in jail at least I hope so... u will need to adjust a lot more if u want to survive here... I hope my response is helpful to you... Good luck
Sounds shit, I don't work with many Indians, but I know from female travelers and mates that they are fucktards, the only reason they are in your country is cause they bought there way in. You have to try not to worry about third rate human trash. you may have to move on from there unless you can get a group of people to help you, I'm a Christian but jesus did not say anything about laying down your sword. What your talking about to me is warfare. If you were my girl, I would have already painted my face.
It sounds as if you are taking the right approach and have to right attitude. It's a real shame that people bring their personal and cultural stereotypes with them and inflict their personal sense of morality on others. Do your best to document and cover your ass on everything.
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work.
The woman who has undergone the trauma of being sexually harassed must file a police complaint so that the acts of the culprit should not go unpunished.

Being a Good Indian
Research in India.Go to your workers' union if you have one. If not, join the one applicable to your job. They'll help you with unfair conditions and if they get involved you'll improve the situation for all the women working in that plant.
It sucks you had to deal with this, you shouldn't have to. Do you think this issue would have been dealt with more swiftly and severely if the offenders were white males?
Firstly keep a diary and any possible evidence. There is no easy solution here. Nothing you do will win their hearts and minds. I'd be searching for another job. Why not encourage bad behaviour and record it then sue. Am I a bad person for encouraging you to sue?
How many women work there? How long have you worked there cause if you are still on probation the company could just let you go.
Where and what kind of diseased plant? I love in Ireland so it my be different but I would say this :
1. DO NOT LEAVE.
2. MAKE A NOTE OF EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS AND WHEN. (IF POSSIBLE GET VIDEO RECORDING OF THEM)
3. Get legal advice.
4. Don't let them push you around.Pester HR to take action or you may have no choice but to get the proper government agencies involved.
In the mean time start looking for a transfer.Offer one of the worst offenders a bj if he will be nice to to and t tell him you will do the same for his friends. As soon as he pulls out his genitals, take a picture and show the boys that he expired himself to you. He will be gone instantly.
You are in a country that aborts female babies because they are worth less than males, not to mention all the gang rapes, either harden up or move on.
U could tell them that, since ur not in india, they can easily fuck off
May I ask what country all of this is happening in? Your story is bouncing between you working for the government and working for a company. That doesn't occur in America.
Have you talked to the supervisor? What does the job entail?
Burn the whole place down you would be doing the world a favour
Where the hell IS this "disease filled plant" that's owned by the government?
If you know you ain't comfortable there just leave it ain't worth it
That's why I wear a go pro body cam and don't allow females anywhere in my vicinity at work , period. Its called the war on men...
