Yes, a lot of times actually... It's kinda a family tradition to do that once a year with everyone, and it's not as scary as everyone wants you to believe since most of the times the horses are used to giving you rides...

+One of my friends is a horse addict with her owning her own horse and what not (The reason why I say addict is because she somehow managed to buy a horse at age 13 while living in the center of the city), so yeah... If I told her I didn't enjoy horseback riding I'll be probably talking to you from out of my grave right now

I've been horse riding.

Not horseBACK riding. The fuck is that? Is there a sport where you ride from the belly? Do you sit on its hooves? Why is it called horseBACK riding? Is the destinction needed? Will you get confused where to put the saddle if its called anything else?

Its just horse riding. I dont understand Anerican English.

  Went on a trail ride once, the horse i was given to ride started bucking halfway. I stayed on. Reckon he got bit by a blowey.
  
  Another time it was a friends horse, we had some miscommunication where i asked the horse to stop, had my toes positioned wrong, accidentally told it trot. Then gallop. Thankfully the horse had never been taught to jump, we were coming up to a barbed wire fence, horse did a mental "fuck that" and turned. Saddle slipped. Hello fence. I was okay, just covered in scratches. Horse stopped the moment i fell off too. Just gave me a look of "whats wrong with you?".
  Got back on, and about a half hour later finally had a little cry.
  
  Those are the only two incidents though. Had great fun everyother time I've been on a horse. Even those two i had fun, up until shit happened.
  
  Im a little like my brother though. I've been knockrd of two horses and still love them. He got mauled by a farm dog as a kid and dogs are now his favourite animal.

  Nahh haha, we weren't millionaires :') . I lived very close to a riding stable so I had a few lessons there, and then this lady who kept her pony in a field next to our house would let me ride him for free sometimes because she was kind and she wanted him to have the exercise
