What does it mean when someone says "why does it matter?

What does it mean when someone says "why does it matter?" when you ask them a question is their anwser 99% of the time a yes or a No?

Ex. "Do you like Justin bieber?"
"Why does it matter?"
"But do you?"
"I don't, but why does it matter?"

It's called a jewish game.
It's used to start on some forum, where next comment should be not a reply to previous, but a question. Answering with a question:

- Do you drink milk?
- Why are you asking?
- Why shouldn't I ask?
- Are you ok?
- Do I look like i'm sick?
- You think you're absolutely healthy?
- Have you had your ass kicked for too long ago?

etc. The one who has run out of questions or repeat is loosing.
