Do you feel lucky being born the sex you are?

Question

So if you’re a male do you consider yourself lucky to be a male?

If you’re a female do you consider yourself lucky to be born a female?

This question is not focused on sexual orientation, but just in general if you like being the sex you are male or female. Not trying excluding anyone that is LGBTQ, but just curious

I don't know if I feel lucky..
I'm trans and on one side of that it basically means I hated my self, was vary suicidal for a long while, hated how the world saw me, and constantly get hated on by people who think they are gender police.
Also I feel like I'm disconnected from men's and women's world because I didn't identify with men and they would beat me phisically... however most women's groups don't want me and I don't want them to be afraid so I stay away.
So it's basically a feeling of being alone with hardly anyone around to speak too or identify with, and feeling hated and unwanted.

So lucky.. isn't maybe the best word to describe the feeling.

However one place I do feel kind of lucky is I get to see the dubble standard of things.
So maybe in some ways I feel lucky or greatful I've had a life a lot of people can not understand at all.

So luck is a toss up I guess.

I'm happy to be a woman because I like being feminine. Sure it has its downfalls like periods and pregnancy labor pains. But it's amazing that a baby can grow inside me and I can help raise him, with the help of his stepdad, to be his own individual. All considered I don't think I would want to be a guy. You guys have it more tough with dating. Ladies are picky and sometimes just won't give a good guy the time of day. Also it seems this country doesn't think you guys should have the same rights to your kids. But I hope in time that will change. Oh and I would hate to have to shave my face all the time.

But to answer your question Yes and no.
Yes, because I can do basically anything and have it not he considered "gay." In cases of assult by the way a guy and a girl the law is usually favor of the woman. Plus guys aren't as judgmental as women so for that reason I'm glad I'm a girl not a guy.
No, because biological women are weaker &"easy targets." Men don't have to give birth. And men gain muscle easier and keep fat off easier.

But If I were a guy for a day first thing I'd do is jack off. 😂

-Endometreosis exists
-cramps
-cravings
-body shaming
-periods
-shaving/waxing
-hair in the buttcrack after a shower
-makeup is halfway a necessity (I dont wear it, personally
-boobs are either too big or too small
-stairs.
-bras
-PMS
-cheeky swimsuits and underwear (wedgie central)

In Western society, where we have some of the highest potential to be at the top, it's currently really advantageous to be female. Getting jobs, getting into relationships or finding sex, social media, even getting bought drinks all for simply being at least a semi-attractive female. I'd say part of me is envious of females in that regard. However, I'm a guy and naturally physically stronger than the majority of women. Also, I like being the dominant one in the relationship. I would never trade my dick in either. I guess it's just the fact that I'm used to being a guy that I'm biased about it.

Lucky no not really...
There are advantages but also disadvantages and of course when experiencing the former it is good when experiencing the latter it isn't
It would be the same way to be a woman just the advantages and disadvantages are different ones
I have in times of being frustrated with something or other thought if I had just been a woman I wouldn't have to deal with this sort of stuff... but I reckon most women have at some point thought that if they were only male they wouldn't have to deal with whatever sucks for them...

I like being a woman for the most part. More variety in the way we dress, how we can behave etc.

kind of torn about this. on the plus side, i don't have periods, which is a pretty huge plus. then i'm also much stronger, whcih is nice xD

however on the minus side: i don't have boobs to attract the other gender with, and generally i don't get approached, cause i don't have a vagina.

i feel like finding a partner is much easier for a girl.

In a lot of ways, yes. One major benefit of being a guy is the fact that we don't have periods. From what I've heard about them, I'm really glad of this. Also we aren't required to do as much grooming as the ladies, all that shaving and waxing and what have you must be a right pain in the arse. In some ways I do wish I was a girl though. I envy women for their beauty, their choice of clothes etc. But that's just generalising on the positives of being female. All in all there are pros and cons to being either gender.

There are definitely pros and cons to either sex, so I can't say that i'm "lucky" to be male - whether that's a good or bad thing totally depends on the specific circumstances, which change constantly.

I'm USED to being male, though, so I wouldn't want to change. I'm under no illusions that being a female is "easier", even if certain aspects ARE easier (because other aspects would be more difficult).

Why? Both sexes have their own stuff to deal with. There is little lucky about being either.

Am I happy being a male? Yes, but that's vastly different from feeling lucky to be a male. That would imply I dodge some bullet by not being female, while I think I think plenty females and males would be perfectly happy if they were born as the other sex. It's not really something one can judge objectively due to biological limitations.
