Does I have to worry cause I do all of that stuff in the picture except of using make up?
Ye well I know I'm not doing everything wrong and by far not everything I'm doing is healthy. I smoke, I drink, I eat fast food... But I'm happy. I'm finally happy with my life so I won't give up anything of it. If I had to I guess quit alcohol would be the hardest. I like a cocktail here and there or maybe a beer.01 Reply

Sugar products. It’s super hard for me, you think I was addicted like hard drugs as I cannot go more than a week without it and I even change personality and get super aggressive bad. It’s embarrassing but the struggle is real.

Procrastination, its so difficult to not procrastinate. And the annoying thing is im just wasting endless time for hours on youtube, and feel guilty at every video I click but still do it.

Of all the vices I've collected and overcome, nicotine has been the hardest. I think I'm going to just stick with it though since I only use vapor, very low nicotine and only a few times a day. I feel like I need *one* vice in my life and this one seems to be the least harmful I could choose. Opiates were the hardest and most damaging vice that I did give up though. They destroy parts of you that never come back..

Mine would have to be that I need to have better manners. I don't say sorry a lot, and I don't thank people and say you're welcome, that sort of thing because I often forget that I'm not owed anything00 Reply- 964 opinions shared on Other topic.
+1 yCoffee. I can't function without it, especially with the reduced amount of sleep I'm able to get with a newborn at home.

Coffee, though very very low on the scale much much lessor degree compared to something like tobacco, it's still a physical addiction.
+1 yDon't let anybody kid you. A habit is something that you get use to doing. But not smoking, smoking is not a habit. It's a powerful physical addiction. Stay far far away from smoking, alcohol or anything that's physically addicting.

That's why smoking isn't considered a habit, not only physical addition, but as powerful as heroin. Vaiping might work for you, give it a try.
Bad by whose standards? I don't do anything I dislike or think its bad. And I don't give a fuck what others think really

I took the question to mean bad, like according to science bad. Like for me, is overeating junk food. All the sugar in the food is not doing me any favors and it lacks in any sort of vitamins. Or, another one of mine is procrastination. This is bad because I always end up being super stressed out when I wait to do things at the last minute, sometimes missing deadlines or turning in crappy work, leaving me to feel terrible because I could have done better. Those are just my examples.

My over-thinking comes from striving for perfection like being a perfectionist and sometimes it comes from being too selfless. I've been working on both over the years. I tell myself I can't do everything perfectly and I can't care for/help everyone in the world lol... that's the Creator's job... human beings were not created perfect so I've been embracing that more, but don't get me wrong I am still ambitious and still carry a big heart (nothing wrong with that lol) I just use better judgement, take it easy on myself by controlling what I can control/do n leave what I can't and that allows me to just keep moving forward... helped out a lot, more happier and less stressed out too 😊... ig you can use the growth n maturity that becomes wisdom as you get older.

Pretty normal stuff. I'd say though most times girls over-think boys n relationships just a little too much, some guys do too, but I'd say it is overwhelmingly more on the girls' side... but with how female psychology is I kinda understand why, it's not all their fault. Guys have their own shortcomings too... like many men struggle with how to define what "confidence" is and how it translates into a picking up girls/relationship sense lol.
