It's definitely a double standard. Even though they're not sex organs, the female breast has been sexualized by society. Some places like in Europe are much more relaxed about women being topless, but for the most part that hasn't happened here in the U. S. I personally think it would be fair for women to have the same freedom to be topless wherever men do, although I realize that for cultural reasons most wouldn't feel comfortable doing that.

Because girls aren't acting as creepily horny as girls, and those guys usually don't get turned on by ours so if you show yours, we'll all go ape shit crazy even though it's just two milk tanks for the baby

Here in Finland itself perfectly acceptable for both genders to show off their chest. But women still cover up, it's their choice. And i can guarantee you, everyone would prefer that moob was covered up.

Boobs are a sexual part of the body. They usually represent fertility and hence us guys are attracted to them. Girls do not have the same biological attraction to men's chest area, it's VERY different. Moobs are disgusting.
