How would you react if you saw women having scars there wearing these clothes?
Have you seen women with scars on tummy wearing crop tops, two piece swim suits?
How would you react if you saw women having scars there wearing these clothes?
No, I haven't. But if I see one, I would be indifferent. I mean I have worn shorts and mini skirts even when I had scars on my knees and calves. I'm a clumsy person... Anyway, that didn't stop me from wearing shorts or any clothes that I loved and I think nobody should care if they have scars. We all have some scars, no one's skin looks perfect. So, we should just wear whatever we like without feeling self conscious.
Agreed :)
A friend of mine who has big strech marks on her tummy wears crop tops sometimes. I don't know if they count as scars. She still has them from her pregnancy. She still looks good though and can definetly wear them.
I cannot recall, but it's unlikely that I would have any reaction, I'd be too busy with thoughts about my own problems
Problems in non Euclidean geometry?
Maybe... I have to deal with Machine learning problem, so I need to estimate a distribution to make prediction, so I need to represent the space of distributions in some form to do computations on them and find the best one for my task, the issue is despite being just a computational tool, `representation` affects performance (speed, stability, accuracy etc.) of my algorithm, why should my algorithm do something different to the same objects just because I chose a different representation? this is where I need geometry, so I treat the space of distributions as a manifold, and the algorithms can be described by things intrinsic to the manifold itself, (ultimately I need some coordinate system to do the actual computations though). For manifold of probability distributions I use Fisher metric like most people, so the geometry is non euclidean in most cases (unless it's discrete probability, then it's Euclidean). Sorry you have to read all this lol
Lol I understand and don't understand it at same time. But don't be sorry, I came to know about this and gonna look into Fisher metric you talked about.
LOL if you don't use differential geometry in your work then there's no need to read about Fisher metric
I don't think I've seen any but that's not something that should be up for display in my opinion.
So only women without scars cam display their tummys?
This doesn't just apply to women. That and I'm mostly referring to public spaces within the city. The beach is an entirely different matter.
I agree

What I have seen is that many women with stretch marks don't wear those kind of clothes but I have seen many women with scars on their abdomen wear clothes like those, I have many scars myself and each of them tell a story and I find scars kinda sexy on women...
no but i don't think anything bad of it. i mean if you're fat, for gods sake don't wear a crop top, cause like it or not, you're responsible for looking unattractive so stop bothering people with your self inflicted unsightlynes.
however scars rarely are avoidable. they are mostly not even "ugly" so yeah. wear your scars with pride, cause it means you probably overcame a big accident or whatever health issue.
I think so, yeah.
My reaction can't have been too dramatic, because I don't really remember. But we all have various imperfections, and I think people should feel comfortable in their own skin.
It depends on how many people are wearing them, I would think you would find one or two if you were looking
I have seen women with scars wearing two piece swim suits. It didn't bother me at all, as they just want to be comfortable, like everyone esle.
I haven't. Then again, I don't go to the beach nor many places for that matter. Meh. I would just act natural.
I have, but not many do. I would assume it was just from a pregnancy. If she was rocking it i wouldn't think anything of it.
Scars from what? C-section, cat scratch, plastic surgery, bullet wound, etc?
I've seen some, but none with intentional/ surgical scars. At least, that I know of.
If the tiger claw marks are now huge, a lot of mom's dress that way
I plan on it.
I think they would tend to go for an one piece if they felt the scars were noticeable
Some C-section scars are really gross. Small surgical scars are fine.
Yes, yes I have. It was a gross scar too and it kind of turned me ofg
Saw a girl with some
But I think that was from being pregnant
so what if she has scars on her tummy, not a big issue.
I wouldn't care and encourage them to wear what they want.
I have dated girls before, who had a cesarean, it's OK.
Yep.
But they were too faint to notice
People would hardly notice anything.
I've seen it but it isn't that common
Not SUPER common but I’ve seen it a few times
Not very common but I've seen it and I admire them
Yes...
Nope not
Haven't noticed
yes i have
Like a C-section?
I have not
nope
